2. Your account
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to use the Services in your country. You can delete your account at any time from the app (Settings → Delete account) or by contacting us.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Services lawfully and respectfully. You must not misuse the Services, upload unlawful or infringing content, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems, or use the Services to harm others.
4. Content
Content you upload remains yours, but you grant us the permission needed to host and display it within the Services. You are responsible for the content you share and must have the rights to it. We may remove content that breaches these Terms or the law.
5. Purchases and donations
Where you buy a product or ticket, or make a donation, you agree to the price and details shown at the time. Payments are handled by trusted third-party processors. Donations support our music and charity work.
6. Intellectual property
The Services, including our name, logos, and original content, are owned by Gracious Hearts Music or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes to the Services and these Terms
We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the date below and, where appropriate, let you know.
